Peter Anastos
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
Peter C. Anastos has been General Counsel and Vice President of Airvana Network Solutions since July 2005 and Secretary since May 2007. Prior to joining Airvana, Mr. Anastos served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Avici Systems, Inc., from July 2000 to July 2005. Before joining Avici Systems Inc. he held several legal positions at Nashua Corporation, most recently as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since May 1998. Mr. Anastos holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Boston University.
